- Description: The 2-storeyed house was built according to an individual project. Every room has its original design. Everything differs: window shape, ceiling style, furniture and colors.
- Rooms: There are 14 double rooms. 8 of 14 rooms have a shower and toilet. For guests of other 6 rooms there are WCs and shower rooms at the end of the corridor.
- At your service: On the first floor there is a café-bar with a wide variety of Russian, Siberian, Ukrainian, Caucasian dishes; a sauna with hydro massages and pool. On the second floor hall you can enjoy home cinema, karaoke, billiard. In the hotel territory there is a car parking, warm garage, Russian sauna.
